SMS Terms and Conditions

BottleSpeed is a product of Infinite Recycling Solutions, LLC and the consumer-facing messaging brand that provides point-of-sale software to recycling stores. When a customer voluntarily requests an SMS receipt after a completed transaction and verbally agrees to the SMS disclosure, BottleSpeed sends a secure link to that transaction’s digital receipt.

BottleSpeed also sends one-time codes when a user requests SMS sign-up, sign-in, or account phone verification. These messages provide requested receipts and authentication codes; they do not include marketing or promotions.

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. The customer may instead choose email delivery or no digital receipt. Message frequency varies based on how often a customer requests SMS receipts; a typical request sends one text message.

The customer must provide or confirm a mobile number they are authorized to use. A customer who does not clearly agree to the verbal disclosure will not receive an SMS receipt.

For verification codes, the user enters a mobile number they are authorized to use and requests a code after the SMS disclosure is shown. Selecting the request button consents to one verification text. Each new request may send another code. Users can sign up with email instead, or sign in with an email already linked to their account.

Message and data rates may apply. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Toll-free carrier handling blocks further messages after an opt-out. Reply START or UNSTOP to opt back in. Reply HELP for help or email mark@bottlespeed.com.

BottleSpeed may update these terms to reflect changes to the program or applicable requirements. The effective date above identifies the current version.
